Giri Gondi, Founder and CEO
Giri has more than 15 years of technical and senior management experience with major corporations in diverse areas including Enterprise Database Management, Offshore Outsourcing, Software Development, Networking and Web Hosting.

Prior to founding Tecra, Giri held key technical positions at MSX International and was responsible for architecting and managing several software initiatives. Giri was one of the chief architects of PeopleWorx software used by PeopleNet division to manage the entire Contract Labor Procurement process for Ford Motor Company. He was also involved in several high visibility projects including B2BBuyer, Ford W2C, Ford Fleet Central Billing, Ford Component Sales and others.

Prior to MSX International, Giri worked as senior consultant for several corporations including Workwired.com, Detroit Edison, Douglas & Lomason, Geometric Results and Efftronics Systems. Mr. Gondi holds an MS (Computer Science) from Bradley University and a BS (Electrical Engineering) from Nagarjuna University.

 

Rod Lowe, Minister of Business Development Prior to joining Tecra, Rod was the Usability Evangelist for Diamond Bullet Design. While there he helped the company grow from 300 percent, assisted in fund raising for product development of RetroAccess and helped sell the company after the untimely death of one of the founding partners.

He entered the technology field in 1986 selling for ComputerLand where he was one of the top sales producers in a five store chain. Since then he has held sales and technical support positions at companies including Irwin Magnetics, Seagate, Interface Systems and Storagetek.

A board member of the New Enterprise Forum, he also works with the Michigan Small Business and Technology Development Center providing investor pitch consulting to Technology, LIfe Science and Advanced Manufacturing companies seeking capital funding. He is a graduate of the Ann Arbor Chamber of Commerce Leadership Ann Arbor Class of 2001.

 

William Vought, VP of Sales William has more than 25 years of experience in sales, marketing and strategy. He has a solid reputation for driving results, working face to face with his customers to build key relationships.

Prior to joining Tecra Systems in 2012, William enjoyed a successful career at Xerox Corporation. His most recent assignment was as an Account General Manager for The Thomson Reuters Company globally. He designed, implemented and negotiated the winning strategy with Thomson Reuter’s senior leadership team that resulted in Xerox being named the single-source provider of multifunction printers worldwide. Other major accounts that he worked with includes: Merrill, Deluxe, Bertelsmann, Random House, Ceridian, FedEx / Kinko’s and Banta, which is now part of RR Donnelly.

William’s family was a commercial printer in New York City, and he has a wealth of experience in printing and publishing. His specialties include working on the product marketing side for variable date publishing, cross media, data, and high-speed color products.

William also has international experience; with extended stints in Shanghai for Fuji Xerox China Limited and Mexico City for Xerox Mexico. He holds an MBA from Adelphi in Garden City, New York.

 

Vijay Vattikonda, Co-founder and CTO Vijay has over fifteen years of experience in senior IT roles. He has worked in several major industry sectors including Automotive, banking, travel, communication, health care and Insurance. Prior to founding Tecra, he helped architect CDMS software used for managing the import processes associated with vehicle manufacturing and assembly for General Motors Customs Administration.

Vijay worked as a senior technical consultant for several companies including Franklin Bank, Forrest Health Services, Detroit Edison, Holland Systems and MSX International. At MSX International, he was involved in developing document management solutions for Ford Motor Company and General Motors.

Vijay holds an MS from Indian Institute Of Technology, New Delhi.

 

Sai Parvataneni, Vice President of Application Development Sai has more than 22 years of technical and senior management experience in Project Management, Software Development, Networking, Training and Maintenance support.

Prior to joining Tecra Systems, Sai has held key position as Vice President (e-business) at Infokall, India office and was primarily responsible to manage e-business division of Infokall, India for development and support of web applications. As a Service Director, Regional Manager at Merlinhawk Associates Pvt Ltd, India he was responsible for country wide training and maintenance support in areas of aviation, telecommunication and power to Airforce, Army, Navy and other defense establishments.

Sai was Project coordinator for a Router project developed for Department of Defense, India for the entire project development life cycle from requirements gathering to final implementation of the project. He was also involved in several projects for Department of Defense, Computer Maintenance Corporation, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited and others.

Sai holds a BS (Electronics and Communication Engineering) from Regional Engineering College, Kurukshetra University, India.

 

Kris Gondi, Managing Director, Tecra India Kris brings over 15 years of senior management and technical experience in ITES-BPO sectors with major corporations in diverse areas including Software Development, Enterprise Database Management, Offshore Outsourcing, Networking, WebHosting and BPO services.

Prior to Tecra, Kris Gondi was the co-founder of Pyramid Communications, ED Software Services and Dictation International. Before selling ED Software Services and Dictation International in 2004 to a British firm, Kris was instrumental in growing the companies from a hand full of employees to more than 300.

Prior to starting his own companies Kris also held key technical positions at Decision Consultants, Ciber and Ford Motor Company. Kris also holds an MS (Computer Science) from Wayne State University and a BS (Electrical Engineering) from Shivaji University
